This One-Of-A-Kind Nintendo PlayStation Super NES Prototype Comes For Rs 2 Crore

Retro gaming consoles always sell for big numbers at third-party sellers or at auctions. We've even seen some of these systems going for as high as one million dollars. On the same lines, there's now a new retro console up for grabs, and it is said to be the last of its kind.

This retro gaming console is nothing but the Nintendo PlayStation Super NES. It got a lot of attention when it was first discovered. It stands the only piece in the history that shows what could've happened if Sony and Nintendo had worked together.

Besides, it also stands as a reminder as Nintendo was seriously considering using discs back in the days. Sony, however, pulled out and made the first PlayStation, and Nintendo moved on to cartridges.

So if you're planning to buy the PlayStation Nintendo, you're not just buying a retro console. You're essentially buying a prototype relic and there's hardly any other unit of its kind.

Items like these are usually meant to live in a repository or a museum somewhere, but you can actually buy one if you have what it takes.

The Nintendo PlayStation Super NES is now up for auction with Heritage Auctions. It stands at $300 as the current bid, and you can choose to bid as high as you'd like to increase your chances of snagging it. In case you're wondering, that's over Rs. 2 crore, just to start your bid.

But don't sit around and waste time if you're really interested or know someone who is. Because it's not going to be available for a long time.

We're sure there's someone out there who'll just pop out of nowhere and sweep it clean. With all that being said, it's just worth pointing out that the console is a very expensive look at the childhoods of every 90s kid.
