Amid the nationwide lockdown due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, people are struggling to cope with the situation in their own ways, especially those who are locked away from their homes and families during a difficult time like this. Here is a list of some of the Bollywood celebs who are spending time alone from their families during this situation, waiting for the lockdown to get over soon.

1. Shekhar Kapur

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur recently revealed in an interview that he is locked away at a place with little connectivity during this lockdown situation. He said, âI am locked down in a place where there is very little internet and connectivity. However I do get news on my phone intermittently. Itâs painful. But Iâve little to complain about. Compared to so many of my countrymen. I am relatively well feed and have a roof above my head.â

Looks like he is in the mountains. He hasnât mentioned the place anywhere though.

Actor Jackie Shroff is locked down at his Khandala farmhouse away from his family including wife Ayesha and children Tiger and Krishna. According to reports, he was there to do some new plantations and pre-monsoon work and got stuck there. Jackie had earlier revealed that he could have gone home by getting a permit but decided not to flout the lockdown and advised others to do the same.

Salman Khan is currently spending his lockdown time at his Panvel farmhouse with Sohail Khanâs son Nirvaan Khan, Aayush Sharma, sister Arpita Khan and her kids Ahil and Ayat. According to reports, he is also accompanied by Jacqueline Fernandez, Iulia Vantur, Alvira Agnihotri-Atul Agnihotri, Abhiraj Minawala-his wife, Waluscha DâSouza, Saiee Manjrekar, mother Salma and a few staff members.

4. Arjun Rampal

Next in the list is actor Arjun Rampal who is locked away in Karjat, about 80 km from Mumbai, with girlfriend Gabriela Demetriades and 7-month-old son Arik Rampal. He was shooting for his next film Bhima Koregaon from February 2. His girlfriend and son had accompanied him for the shoot. Later, the actor decided to stay back in Karjat and resume the remaining shoot and as ban at all workplaces in Maharashtra was announced till 31st March. However, in the meantime, when the nationwide lockdown was announced he was left stranded there.

5. Sanjay Dutt

Even though actor Sanjay Dutt is at his Mumbai house, he is alone there as his wife Maanayata Dutt and kids Shahraan and Iqra are stuck in Dubai due to Coronavirus outbreak. The Agneepath actor is spending his time watching shows like Ramayana and Mahabharata which resumed on DD National. Not only this, as per the reports, the actor has also given up on non-veg food temporarily and is trying a lot of vegetarian stuff of late.

6. Jaya Bachchan

Veteran Bollywood actor and Amitabh Bachchanâs wife Jaya Bachchan is currently stuck in Delhi and spending the quarantine period without family. When the nationwide lockdown was announced, the Silsila actor was in Delhi to take part within the proceedings of Parliament. On her 72nd birthday, Amitabh Bachchan and kids Abhishek and Shweta took to their social media handles to wish her and revealed that Jaya had been stranded in Delhi owing to lockdown.

Staying in quarantine locked away inside the house is tough but staying away from family is also super tough as it can take an emotional and a mental toll.
