Amitabh Bachchan, 77, is currently undergoing treatment for COVID-19 in Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital after he got tested positive on Saturday. The Bollywood’s megastar has actively been sharing posts on social media expressing gratitude to his fans from across the globe for constantly sending in love and wishes for his speedy recovery.

Recently, Big B also took to his Twitter account to thank doctors and nurses for their selfless service during this difficult time. After Amitabh, his son and actor Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan also tested positive for coronavirus. While Aishwarya and Aradhya are home quarantined, Abhishek is admitted with Amitabh in the same hospital.
Meanwhile all four bungalows owned by Amitabh Bachchan - Pratiksha, Janak, Vatsa and Jalsa (where the actor lives with his family) - were sealed off by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
