If crashing out of this year's Champions League after a 8-2 rout in the quarterfinals left the club red-faced, Barcelona clearly reached a melting point after Lionel Messi sent a fax confirming that he intends to leave Camp Nou after 16 glorious years.
The news of Barcelona's most prized-possession intending to leave the club didn't just get the Catalan side working extra hard to somehow change Messi's mind, but it has also put other rival clubs in the race to secure the services of the Argentine.
