We’re pretty sure that everyone in Bollywood loves to wear cargo pants, given just how comfortable and practical they tend to be. It seems though, there are a few people who just can’t seem to be getting enough of it. 

We’re of course speaking of Asim Riaz.

Asim seems to be fascinated with militaristic, combat-styled cargo pants. 

Then, there was also this instance, when he went full military base-camp, with his outfit.

Well, just recently, he was spotted in a similar, military-meets-street aesthetic, which he seems to be acing, quite naturally.

Asim was seen wearing a rather dope, black coloured sweatshirt, patent leather boots, and cargo pants. Now, although the entire outfit is a classic example of athleisure and normcore, his pants do stand out on their own.

Asim’s cargo pants are stylised like combat trousers and have some ridiculously big pockets. 

So big in fact, that they can easily carry an 11-inch laptop in them. At the very least, they can carry an iPad-Pro. Guess that’s a nice way to ditch a cumbersome laptop bag.

The cargo pants that Asim is wearing are the DNWR Technical Cargo Pants from Zara. 

For the uninitiated, DNWR is the streetwear/activewear branch of Zara. One might assume that because they come from a specialised division within Zara, the pants would be expensive. They actually retail for about Rs 5,500.

Now, this may not cheap, but consider how certain activewear makers charge astronomically for their products, this is not tear-inducing expensive either.

Coming back to the rest of his outfit, we really like his choice of boots. The patent leather actually sets up a nice contrast to the rest of his outfit and gives it a very urban appeal.

All in all, that’s a dope outfit. We’re really liking this technical, militaristic aesthetic that Asim seems to have cracked.
