Sometimes it's quite dangerous what you wish for and that happened with this YouTuber.

After a disappointing search for snakes, YouTuber Nick The Wrangler sat down to take a break but he didn't know that his wish is granted in the most dangerous way.

A moment later, Nick could see an extremely venomous snake a little too close to him.

"I heard a rustle in the brush next to me. I take a better look to see an Eastern diamondback rattlesnake crawling towards me, so I just sat there as still as possible," Nick wrote in the YouTube description.

Although rattlesnakes rarely attack unless provoked, a bite from it is "extremely painful and can be fatal to humans," according to National Geographic.

The snake started slithering right up onto his lap but YouTuber was fortunate enough as he stayed as still as possible, and eventually managed to coax the snake away with a few distracting pokes to the tail.
