Group From Delhi Arrested For Dancing & Causing Traffic Jam Inside Atal Tunnel & People Are Calling Them Hooligans


The Atal Rohtang tunnel which is named after Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee has opened for the Manali-Leh highway for many months now. It almost took 10 years to complete the longest high altitude road tunnel and it has now been completed. Now the new images of the tunnel have flooded social media and they look extraordinary.

The tunnel has become a major tourist attraction for many people and many incidents involving miscreants have been reported recently.

In a recent incident, the Himachal Pradesh Police have arrested seven people on a road trip to Kullu-Manali. A group was seen taking pictures while parking their cars in the middle of the tunnel in Rohtang.

The group was witnessed dancing and taking pictures while parking their cars in the middle of the tunnel in Rohtang. They were dancing and singing while recording videos and now the incident has gone viral on social media which helped police take action.

Gaurav Singh, Superintendent of Police, Kullu District, said, "A total of 15 persons in 2 vehicles have been arrested today for obstructing traffic in the tunnel and for Covid violations and 8 of them have also been fined ₹40,000 under HP Police Act inside Atal Rohtang tunnel.”

Eight of them have also been fined Rs 40,000 by the Himachal Pradesh Police.
