People Are Loving Hansal Mehta For His Jibe At Kangana By Calling His Movie With Her A ‘Mistake’

We all make mistakes and to actually learn from them, we have to first own it that we made a mistake, and Hansal Mehta is publically airing out his past failures in judgment in the most hilarious way possible.

It all started yesterday when he reacted to the news of Anna Hazare withdrawing his anshan against the new farm laws.

Well, that was followed up today by a tweet by the filmmaker saying that he doesn't regret showing support for Anna Hazare, previously, but ended the tweet on a rather shady note.

I supported him (Anna) in good faith. Like I later supported Arvind. I don't regret it. All of us make mistakes. I made Simran.

Is it an innocent tweet about his past mistakes or is he throwing shade at Kangana Ranaut? Well, looks like he's just killing two birds with one stone.

Just for a refresher about Hansal and Kangana's working relationship, they really don't like each other.

Earlier, Hansal had disowned the movie Simran which turned out to be a box office dud.

Kangana later called Hansal ‘spineless’ and ‘coward’ and the writer of the movie Simran, Apurva Asrani, had claimed in interviews that Kangana had taken over as de facto director of the film after Mehta quit the project.

Overall, it's a messy, messy situation.

And well, he's coping with that by making fun of his own movie and that's very respectable.

It reminds me of the time actor Nikhil Dwivedi hilariously called out Vivek Agnihotri for wanting Bollywood sued for 'destroying art'.

Sirrrrrrr You and I made #HateStory together. Bahut trolling hogi hamari shant ho jaao. https://t.co/ePtGyAcugT

Same energy, to be honest. If you can look back at your mistakes and laugh at yourself, you are already a great and well-adjusted person.

Coming back to Hansal basically trolling himself, people are having a great time laughing along with him and showering him with so much appreciation.

GOAT tweet🤣🤣 https://t.co/76Jk4as7nN

That is unforgivable.

Every mistake can be forgiven. But you shouldn't have made Simran https://t.co/ua9qplYwzZ

Oh no.

Will never forgive you for making simran. https://t.co/NF5F8OgSvH
