As we all know that Facebook keeps on trying to introduce new features and sometimes reintroduces the old ones.

While sometimes the new features are so exciting to use, there are some features which are actually so annoying, just like the new Hello!

Facebook which already has quite an annoying feature in form of 'Poke' has now come up with a similar, slightly creepy and uncomfortably direct feature in form of Hello.

 The new feature, called Hello, is essentially a Poke in the form of a Wave, allowing users to notify one another that they want to chat but don't quite have the words to say anything.

The new Hello feature was first spotted by The Next Web's Matt Navarra, who's known for keeping tabs on the many new wrinkles and tests from the social network. 

The feature Hello appears to be popping up on both Facebook's mobile and desktop versions, seems to be irritating the hell out of each other with the awkward invitation for a forced interaction.

A Facebook rep said the feature is just another attempt to streamline communication. ?Saying hello is one of the universal things people do, so we're testing a feature that makes it easier to say hi on Facebook,?

Planning to say Hello? But remember, it's not Adele's Hello.
