Sometimes, just the act of getting out of bed can be such a hurdle. We get stuck in a routine of dragging ourselves out of bed and getting to work. There are days when you just don’t know how to do even that sometimes.

It feels redundant to even get a glass of water. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression or sleep deprivation, leaving the bed and doing simple tasks can be overwhelming.

You know what? It’s okay. It happens. What we need to do it simply turn what seems to be the rules of the world our way and go about the day.
