But I guess we should have seen it coming. In his new MX Original Series Chakravyuh – An Inspector Virkar Crime Thriller, Prateik Babbar is ripped and fitter than ever before. His new bulked-up avatar has worked well for him as the eccentric Inspector Virkar in this recent web series on MX Player.

In a couple of his recent interviews, the actor spoke at length about his physical fitness and the thrill of performing his stunts. He even went on to quote that he is on a mission to be a better version of himself.

While we are already mighty impressed, we decided to revisit his latest series and pick some of the best action-packed moments that got our adrenaline pumping.

It might be a digital series, but Prateik Babbar made sure that he makes a Bollywood-esque entry with a high-octane action scene. He jumped floors, killed the bad guys, rescued a kidnapped girl, and came out of it looking untouched. After all, what’s the fun in action dramas without an invincible hero?

Chasing a high-level hacker and extortionist isn’t easy. But Prateik’s character is always up for the challenge. While he tries to lure the real killer out, the shootings at the nightclub lead to some more high voltage drama.

Nothing says action thriller like a number of chase sequences. The entire show thrives on the cat and mouse chase as Prateik tries to catch the hacker before his next victim. Chakravyuh – An Inspector Virkar Crime Thriller keeps the momentum alive with unexpected twists, stakeouts, and new character introductions.

No spoilers ahead! Let’s just say, it wasn’t the end we thought we’d get but one that we thoroughly enjoyed. With an unexpected climax, the show tied up the remaining loose ends and closed just one chapter of Inspector Virkar’s life as the eccentric cop.
