Screens Are Literally Popping Off The New BlackBerry Phone andamp You Should Be Concerned If You Own One

I haven’t come across a person in the last 3 years who uses a Blackberry phone, however, contrary to popular belief, there are a few of them out there. These users are complaining that the screens of their Blackberry phones are literally falling/popping off.

Many users have complained about the prevalent problems in forums and on YouTube as these issues are present in the KeyOne smartphones. If you were planning to purchase this smartphone or already own one, we suggest you do a thorough check before you face a similar issue.

Screens on smartphones are fixed on with a special glue and fit perfectly in the chassis of the smartphone and don’t normally just pop off. However, it looks like Blackberry may have skipped or forgotten to apply the glue for some of the devices.

You can watch these two videos below that show how the screen have been falling off.

"KEYone screen has come off after a small drop," one user wrote on the Crackberry forums.

Some users even shared images of their smartphones where the screens have completely popped out:

The KeyOne is currently being made by Chinese company TCL who bought the rights to sell Blackberry branded smartphones. There is no other way to investigate whether your KeyNote has the same problem or not as it would be a process that would void the warranty. TCL has not provided a comment as to why this problem is occurring now, but we hope the Chinese company will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
