After Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt recovered from COVID 19 and ended their home quarantine, they are now heading to the Maldives for a vacation. As the Maharashtra government has imposed lockdown after the rising cases in COVID, celebs want to escape the harsh reality and take a break probably. Alia and Ranbir have always been private about their relationship, and they hardly indulge in any sort of public display of affection. Today, they were spotted at the airport and kept their fashion game on point with colour-coordinated outfits.

 After the pictures started going viral, people started to lose their cool as many celebs have left the country and are enjoying a break in the Maldives whereas the common people of India are struggling to fight the disease. They called them shameless and illiterates as people can see how the privileged ones have the routes to escape but it isn’t the case with the lower and middle classes. They also felt that the borders should be sealed for a while as celebs instead of raising awareness are running to the Maldives.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia will be next seen in Ayan Mukherji's directorial 'Brahmastra', alongside rumoured beau Ranbir Kapoor and megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

Not just Alia and Ranbir, Tiger Shroff and rumoured girlfriend Disha Patani were spotted by the paparazzi at the Mumbai airport on Sunday morning as they reportedly jetted off to the Maldives. They were also trolled for escaping the lockdown in Maharashtra.

Even Janhvi Kapoor and her friend Namrata Purohit are also in the Maldives and enjoying their vacation time.
