Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra has made it to the gossip columns of every news tabloid as he has been arrested for making pornographic content. He has been booked under sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) of IPC besides relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.

Raj is getting bashed by many people for creating such content and one of the YouTubers, Puneet Kaur, has now opened up about how he tried to lure her into becoming a part of HotShots. She said that businessman Raj Kundra once sent her a direct message in connection with the pornography for which he has now been taken into judicial custody.

On Instagram Stories, Puneet Kaur wrote, "Brooo do you OGS remember our verified DM video where he reached out to me for hotshots!?!? I'm deaaad.” She continued, "I can’t even WTF this man was really luring people -we literally thought it was spam when he sent that DM to me!? Jesus Christ man rots in jail.”

She also added a video wherein she is discussing the DMs she received from Raj Kundra with two of her friends. “This man has had a midlife crisis, probably, messing with girls to go to Hotshot.com to do something strange, I don't know" one man in the video is heard saying after the three Googled the website. "I think his account got hacked," the other man says, and the first man notes, "That would be giving him the benefit of the doubt."

Mumbai Police said that Raj Kundra is the ‘key conspirator’ in this case and it first came into notice by the police in February. Police found key evidence against Raj and now after hours of investigation, he has been taken under custody.

“There was a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. We’ve arrested Mr. Raj Kundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this. We have sufficient evidence regarding this. The investigation is in progress," said Hemant Nagrale, Commissioner of Mumbai Police.

Both Shilpa and Raj haven’t released any statements in public yet in their defense.
