The death of television and film actor Sidharth Shukla has left the nation in shock. The actor's rumoured girlfriend, Shehnaaz Gill, is totally devastated as she was with him when he breathed his last. While she hasn't spoken to the media yet, her father, Santokh Singh Sukh, called her up to console her.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz never confirmed their relationship in public but it was known to all of their fans and the film industry. After his death, she has been left completely devastated. Speaking about her state of mind and the conversation he's had with her, Shehnaaz's father said, “Shehnaaz ka ro rokar bura haal hai. Usne mujhse kaha 'papa, usne mere haathon mein dum toda hai. Mere haathom mein woh is duniya ko chhodkar gaya. Ab main kya karungi kaise jeeyungi?(Shehnaaz has been constantly crying following Sidharth's demise. She said, 'papa he breathed his last in my arms. He left this world when he was in my arms. What will I do now, how will I live?)" Shehnaaz's father also mentioned that she is 'not fine' and her brother Shabaaz has left for Mumbai to be by his sister's side.  

The couple became popular after their cute bond on Bigg Boss 13. While Sidharth emerged as the winner of BB 13, Shehnaaz was one of the finalists on the show. 

After exiting the TV reality show, the two featured in a couple of music videos together like Bhula Dunga and Shona Shona. They shared a great friendship and were rumoured to be dating each other. 

During an appearance on Social Media Star With Janice, Shehnaaz decoded the popularity of SidNaaz. “The only secret behind why SidNaaz is still a thing is because it is genuine. We shared a pure relationship. I think people connect to that. The way he adored and showered love on me, I really felt nice about it. We both had the same sort of feelings for each other. It was very cute. I myself will agree that my relationship with him is different. He is like my family,” she said, according to a report in The Indian Express. 

Seeing her break down like this is truly heartbreaking.
