Mexican Rapper Gets Gold Chain Hooks Implanted Into Scalp & Turned Into ‘Goldilocks’


In a bizarre story today, Rapper Dan Sur created a huge buzz on social media after he uploaded a video of himself which showcases his new metallic locks, gold chain adorned with even gems and diamonds.

Yes, you read that right! While hair extensions, weird wigs, and common among celebrities, this one took it to a whole different level by getting gold chain hooks surgically implanted into his scalp. Umm, we really don’t know what tosay.

Now, released a new music video in his uncommon look and has started an extremely serious conversation on the internet which includes many doctors raising concerns.

Rapper Dan Sur from Mexico is a 23 year old musician who is the first ever rapper in human history” to rock an assortment of gold chains as “hair” — hanging from hooks he had surgically implanted into his scalp.

According to Caracol TV, the rapper underwent surgery in April for his look. IHowever, the cost of surgery for the bizarre goldilocks appearance is unknown. However, the rapper’s look went viral after the release of his new song ‘Oro’, surrounded by gold bars and gold lizards.

In the video, he is spotted with money bills raining, his teeth are also seen encased in yellow metal as well.

He said in a video as translated by NME, “The truth is that I wanted to do something different because I see that everyone dyes their hair. I hope not everyone copies me now.”

According to plastic surgeon Dr Frank Agullo, “They introduce an easy path for bacteria between the outside world and the internal body. In this case, the bone covering the brain. In addition, I am concerned about the amount of weight these hooks are supporting,” the health expert said. “The weight or any accidental tug on a band of gold could cause the implant to dislodge and even fracture the skull.”
