If you happened to be online right now, you’d have noticed Archana Puran Singh trending all over Twitter. Pretty sure, even she’d be surprised to see her own name as a top trend on the micro-blogging site.
Funnily, the reason is Navjot Singh Sidhu. State Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned from his post today and announced it on his social media handle, taking everyone by surprise.

Strangely, instead of his name trending and people discussing the how and the why around this decision, there was a flood of memes around The Kapil Sharma Show and Archana Puran Singh.
The connection dates back to her replacing Sidhu on Kapil’s show back in 2019. So, everyone started joking if this will happen yet again or if he’d come back on the show and replace her instead!
