It has not been long since the Lucknow incident of an Indian cab driver being ridiculously beaten up by the weird woman for no reason whatsoever. The incident got a lot of attention because of the way it panned out. The Lucknow girl literally bashed the hell out of him on the road despite her crossing the road in running traffic.

Well, while people on social media showed support for the cab driver, in that case, this time things were a bit different, but similar in some ways. In a video that is going viral on the internet, an Uber cab driving a female passenger could be seen being threatened by her.

She wanted @Uber_India driver to drive her to another stop so that she could pick her stuff that too for FREE. When he refused to do so and asked her to add stop, she called cops & falsely accused him of molestation, abuse & zabardasti. I feel so bad for such drivers. pic.twitter.com/rxXc6f4auq

The woman could be heard instructing the driver to drive her to an extra stop for free so that she could pick some of her things. Following that, the cab driver requested her to add a stop in order for him to do that. 

However, the woman could be heard refusing to listen and she then threatened to call the cops on him if he didn't follow her instructions. The Uber driver then tells her to go ahead with it as he felt he was not in the wrong. To his shock and everyone else's watching the video, the woman then calls the cops and tells them that he refused to listen to her and even harassed and passed lewd comments about her. 

The video clearly showed that it was all lies and that the Uber driver was innocent. Well, soon after the video of the incident was uploaded on the internet, social media users shared what exactly they felt about it. 

One user wrote, "Glad that the cab driver switched on camera. There's no other defence against such liars. All cab providers to install camera in their cabs for benefit of all."

Maam she was asking him to drive to a place without paying for it. He was asking her to add that place to the ride and she denied. That's the only point of argument. There's nothing more than that.

One user wrote, "I am sure no action shall be taken against the lady passenger. Tomorrow if, Cab drivers don’t accept the single lady request  -there shall be mayhem and definitely Apex Court will start giving directives."

"But the driver didn't agree and dropped her at her address. She made a complaint against him in the company and we the other co-passengers were called in, we told the whole thing as it is. And the complaint was rejected. Hope something like this happens here too." one person tweeted.

It remains to be seen what happened to the cab driver post this incident. But hopefully, authorities will take strict action against the woman.
