Actress Mouni Roy recently rang in her birthday with her friends in town. The gorgeous actress has a stellar fan following on social media and her followers love her vacation posts and various videos. The actress was recently seen opposite singer Jubin Nautiyal in his latest single as well. Besides giving a glimpse into her personal life, Mouni has often been seen posting pictures with her rumoured beau Suraj Nambiar. Now, rumour has it that the two lovebirds are all set to tie the knot next year.

Suraj Nambiar is a Dubai based businessman, who also happens to be a well known investment banker. According to various reports, Mouni’s family met Suraj at her close friend Mandira Bedi’s residence. As per some reports, her distant cousin from Cooch Behar has confirmed that the couple will tie the knot in January 2022.

Suraj completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from R. V College of Engineering, and later he went on to study investment science and International management at the prestigious Stanford University. Suraj then went to work at Ashoka India before moving to Invictus as a lead in Engineering and Business Development. He is currently a member of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association, in addition to being the Director Head of the Capital Markets in UAE.

The couple celebrated the New year together in Dubai this year and he even gifted a cute little pup for her birthday. Mouni was previously in a steady relationship with Uttaran star Gaurav Chopra and later was rumoured to be dating Mahadev actor Mohit Raina. On the professional front, she will now be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s magnum opus, Brahmastra which also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and South super Star Nagarjuna. Post her birthday, yesterday, actor KRK tweeted a picture collage of the actress where he claimed that ‘money can change looks’ and tried trolling her unnecessarily. Even though Mouni and Suraj have not made their relationship official, it is quite easy to spot that the bonding is only growing by the day. The couple is supposed to have come closer during the lockdown last year in 2020 and if reports are to be believed, we’ll soon see some wedding bells ring!
