Here’s How Many Times A Man Must Ejaculate To Avoid Risk Of Prostate Cancer

As shy or secretive you’d want to be about it, let’s face it, that majority of us out there indulge in a little bit of...self-lovin’ every now and then.

Be it to release some tension, explore our own bodies before we get in the bed with someone else or just for that feeling of satisfaction that comes with it (pun intended), there could be as many reasons for it as there can be advantages.

And one advantage out of them is that ejaculation helps men in reducing their risk for prostate cancer. However, there’s a catch.

A recent study by European Urology that surveyed as many as 31,925 men, came up with results which suggested that those men who ejaculated on a higher frequency, say 21 times in a month, suffered a much less risk of contracting prostate cancer.

Now, as impressive and encouraging as that number sounds, it is not necessary to stick to it as a formula.

The study was conducted on the premise that ejaculation is healthy for men and it was found that among the 31 thousand men surveyed, men with the lowest risk ejaculated at least 21 times per month. And this observation was true in several age groups.

Whether or not you choose to stick to that exact number, the major takeaway here is to establish that regardless of what society and your social conditioning may lead you to believe, ejaculation is not wrong. If anything, it will save your life.

In fact, there are also studies that proved how couples who have *** at least once a week are happier than those who don’t.

It is not known whether ejaculating through masturbation or with a partner during intercourse would have the same impact on a man’s health, but one thing is certain, and it's that it does lower the risk for a man to a certain degree.

The reasons for it could vary from the fact that ejaculation helps in reducing stress  and depression, provides increased immunity, and lower blood pressure. All this while also releasing Dopamine into our system, which further releases a hormone called ‘oxytocin’ also known as the happiness hormone.

As of yet, there has been no evidence that proves ejaculation is harmful to men’s health and by the looks of it, having an average of masturbating or having *** 5 times a week for a healthier body shouldn’t be that 'hard'…(pun intended).
