If you happened to be online right now, you’d have noticed Archana Puran Singh trending all over Twitter. Pretty sure, even she’d be surprised to see her own name as a top trend on the micro-blogging site.

Funnily, the reason is Navjot Singh Sidhu. State Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned from his post today and announced it on his social media handle, taking everyone by surprise.

Strangely, instead of his name trending and people discussing the how and the why around this decision, there was a flood of memes around The Kapil Sharma Show and Archana Puran Singh.
The connection dates back to her replacing Sidhu on Kapil’s show back in 2019. So, everyone started joking if this will happen yet again or if he’d come back on the show and replace her instead!

Sidhu had a much longer stint in Kapil Sharma show !

Shows he is good only for scripted innings; much like his hyperbole speeches.

Meanwhile, Sidhu is facing the ire of many politicians, including Captain Amrinder Singh for this rather surprising and seemingly hasty decision.
The drama has just started unfolding and in the meanwhile, let's wait and see how it pans out.

It has not been long since the Lucknow incident of an Indian cab driver being ridiculously beaten up by the weird woman for no reason whatsoever. The incident got a lot of attention because of the way it panned out. The Lucknow girl literally bashed the hell out of him on the road despite her crossing the road in running traffic.
    © Zee News
Well, while people on social media showed support for the cab driver, in that case, this time things were a bit different, but similar in some ways. In a video that is going viral on the internet, an Uber cab driving a female passenger could be seen being threatened by her.

She wanted @Uber_India driver to drive her to another stop so that she could pick her stuff that too for FREE. When he refused to do so and asked her to add stop, she called cops & falsely accused him of molestation, abuse & zabardasti. I feel so bad for such drivers. pic.twitter.com/rxXc6f4auq
    — Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj (@DeepikaBhardwaj) September 27, 2021
The woman could be heard instructing the driver to drive her to an extra stop for free so that she could pick some of her things. Following that, the cab driver requested her to add a stop in order for him to do that.
However, the woman could be heard refusing to listen and she then threatened to call the cops on him if he didn't follow her instructions. The Uber driver then tells her to go ahead with it as he felt he was not in the wrong. To his shock and everyone else's watching the video, the woman then calls the cops and tells them that he refused to listen to her and even harassed and passed lewd comments about her.
The video clearly showed that it was all lies and that the Uber driver was innocent. Well, soon after the video of the incident was uploaded on the internet, social media users shared what exactly they felt about it.
One user wrote, "Glad that the cab driver switched on camera. There's no other defence against such liars. All cab providers to install camera in their cabs for benefit of all."

She made a complaint against him in the company and we the other co-passengers were called in, we told the whole thing as it is. And the complaint was rejected. — Sunita ସୁନିତା ಸುನೀತಾ (@sunita1712) September 27, 2021 It remains to be seen what happened to the cab driver post this incident. But hopefully, authorities will take strict action against the woman.

Kapil Sharma may be one of the most well-known television stars of the country right now but he has had his fair share of struggles. His two mega-successful shows have even landed him on Forbes India's Celebrity 100 list on 11th and 18th spots in 2016 and 2017, respectively. All this success didn’t come easy though. There was a time when he was fat-shamed but he turned that into a favourable opportunity by coming up with his own show.
View this post on InstagramThe show has been a hit among the audience ever since it went on air on Colors with the title Comedy Night With Kapil. He took a break from all the shenanigans of the film industry and came back with a bang with The Kapil Sharma Show. In a recent interview with RJ Nishant, he told how he was called to the Colors office to host the celebrity dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa but was humiliated for his weight.
Kapil said, “I was called to the Colors office. They asked me if I will host Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. I asked them what will I have to do. They said you and Maniesh Paul will host it. I said fine and they asked me to meet BBC, the production house.”
View this post on InstagramHe added, “I went there and there, after looking at me, she said, ‘Aap bahut mote hain. Aap thoda wazan kam karo (You are very fat. Lose some weight).’ I told Colors, ‘What is all this?’ Then the channel called her and told her, ‘the guy is good, let’s get him on board as host, will see about the weight later.’ So, I asked them, ‘Why don’t you make a comedy show?”
View this post on InstagramThe production house asked him to pitch the idea and Kapil asked for a two-day window for coming up with the idea of his own show. “I enjoyed doing standup, sketch comedy, costume comedy. So I planned to bring together all the elements I am good at, put them in one show. I made the pitch, they asked me how long it would be. I gave them the lowdown. After standup, gags, celebrity interviews, and all, five minutes’ time still remained. But when the show was shot, it went up to 120 minutes. They wanted only 70 minutes of content. It became difficult for them to edit it,” he added.
View this post on InstagramKapil also shared that they'd initially made content only for 25 episodes but since it was so well-received by the audience, the show went up to 500 episodes and is still on air.

Rohit Sharma is busy leading Mumbai Indians in the second leg of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in the United Arab Emirates, while fans on Twitter are busy debating about a picture that has gone viral on the micro-blogging site.
A Pakistani journalist named Shiraz Hassan took to Twitter to share an image of Rohit Sharma’s look-alike, sitting at a roadside stall, sipping some sort of a drink in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

The last couple of weeks have been catastrophic for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as their effort to revive cricket in their country suffered a twin blow after New Zealand and England both decided to cancel their tours due to security concerns.

New Zealand had travelled to Pakistan for the first time in 18 years and withdrew from the series at the eleventh hour after receiving a possible security alert from their government and intelligence agency.

England, on the other hand, were scheduled to tour Pakistan for a limited-overs series next month in the build-up to the T20 World Cup but called off their tour due to ensure the safety of their players.

Who said Pakistan is not safe for visiting international cricketers?

Sharing the picture, Hassan took a dig at the whole cricket fraternity with a hilarious caption that read: “Who said Pakistan is not safe for visiting international cricketers? Just saw star Indian player Rohit Sharma, enjoying a glass of Aalu Bukhara (plum) sharbat at Rawalpindi's Saddar.”
To be fair, the man in the picture did have some facial similarities with the Mumbai Indians skipper and that’s why it didn’t take very long for the picture to gain popularity on the micro-blogging site.
    © Twitter Mumbai Indians
However, fans from both countries started debating whether he actually looked like the Indian cricketers or not. While some agreed that his face did resemble the ‘Hitman’, others decided to have a blast by giving him hilarious nicknames.

From “Low budget Hitman” to “Rohit Sharma lite” to “Sasta Rohit Sharma” to “Gareboon ka Rohit Sharma”, Indian fans showcased their full creativity and brutally trolled their Pakistani counterparts.

    — Bunty (@the90s_kid) September 27, 2021Talking about the IPL, defending champions Mumbai Indians have looked a shadow of themselves ever since the second leg of the IPL 2021 began in the UAE.
The franchise that was placed handsomely on the fourth spot before the restart has now slipped down to the second last spot after facing defeats in all three matches.

With only four matches left in the league phase, the record IPL champions need to pull up their shocks and put together a string of wins in the coming games, if they want to qualify for the knockout stage of the competition.

Getting a girl isn’t easy, they say. It doesn’t just require will, it requires effort and consistency that loosely translates into ‘the chase’ for men.
And that means, not giving up and trying their best to pursue a potential love interest.

    via GIPHY
However, as romantic as that may seem, there comes a point when a guy must realise that his time may just be getting wasted by someone who isn’t as interested in them as they’d assume.

And to avoid that from happening and also saving yourself from all that trouble and effort, here are a few pointers that will help you in detecting whether or not a woman you’re pursuing  is wasting your time:
    1) She Is Still Seeing Other People © iStock
One telling sign of whether a woman is interested in you or not is by finding out if she is seeing other people at the same time.

Because anyone who is genuinely interested  in another will always want to be exclusive with them and not just keep them as an easy option.
    2) She Cancels On You Way Too Often © iStock
Rain checks with her aren’t a rarity, they are normal.

She may make a hundred plans with you, even convince you that she wants to go through with them but when the time comes she will always bail out and cancel. Take a hint, guys.
    3) At Times When She Doesn’t Cancel, She... © iStock
    ...gets her best friend(s) along!

After the 99 times that she does cancel on you and the one time out of which she agrees to see you, she doesn’t come alone. Instead, she brings a parade of friends with her, chilling with them, while you’re also there.
    4) Doesn’t Take An Interest In You Or Your Day © iStock
A very basic thing about liking someone is that you’ll naturally be drawn to them and hence, interested in their life. You’d want to know more about them, their preferences, their day, their likes and dislikes and so on.

Which is why, when you see that the woman you’re pursuing actually takes zero interest in you, it is probably because this feeling is only one-sided.

Is *** in water safe? but more importantly, is it worth it?

We’ve seen it in movies, we’ve seen it in porn, and we have possibly also fantasized about it one too many times. I am talking about the steamy and sensational ‘*** in the water’ fantasy that a lot of people have but only a few have had a chance to experience.

    via GIPHY
You see, as hot and thrilling as making love in a pool or under the shower or even in a hot tub appears to be, it isn’t as simple as the director makes it seem on the screen.
Just like porn, *** in water is also a tad bit unrealistic and contrary to popular opinion - rocky as to what may have been advertised.
Which is why, the next time you think about trying it out for yourself, you may want to keep these few things in mind:
    1. It Is Not All That Clean © iStock
Despite the common perception that doing it in the water perhaps makes it all the more cleaner, studies prove that having *** in the pool, ocean or even in a bathtub can put you at the risk of getting in contact with bacteria.

In fact, chlorine in the water may also lead to skin irritation, especially around the genitalia.
    2. Water Is A Bad Lube © iStock
For everyone who thinks water is a perfect lubricant for your woman down there, allow me to burst that bubble and tell you it’s far from it.

Yes, you want to make her wet, but water only makes the vagina drier, leading you to the risk of having friction during ***.
    3. Chances Of A UTI Are High © iStock
All the bacteria that is present in water can make the odds of your contracting a UTI all the more high, especially since the bacteria can climb its way up to your urethra and from there to your bladder, giving you more than just a thrill.

    4. STIs Are Not Far Behind © iStock
Not to scare you away from the idea, but it is important to know that having *** in water makes it quite possible for you and your partner to end up catching a sexually transmitted disease.

One prominent reason for it is also the fact that it becomes quite difficult to put protection on in water and on the off chance that one does put, the added friction can lead to micro-vaginal tears and risk contracting STIs.
    5. One Can Still Get Pregnant © iStock
Busting a popular myth that suggests getting pregnant after having underwater *** is not possible, let me tell you that it is quite possible.

It doesn’t happen if a person ejaculates in the pool, but if a person cums inside a woman during penetrative ***, then she may get pregnant just like under normal circumstances.

Pratik Gandhi got us hooked to our screens as he played the conniving stockbroker Harshad Mehta in the web series Scam 1992.
He had been working in Gujrati films and plays for several years before rising to fame after the show. The theatre actor has now become one of the well-known and most sought-after OTT stars in India.

However, it hasn’t been a cakewalk for him to succeed. He went through a lot of struggles which heaped on him one after the other before starring in the show that proved to be a turning point in his career.

He recently recalled how the financial and health problems in his family never wavered his faith in himself.

He said in an interview with a leading daily, “Financial trouble, financial crisis, medical trouble, I've seen it all. But I never experienced a moment of breakdown or self-doubt, somehow. I'm the kind of person, the moment I see issues, I tend to think about the solutions. And that's how my mind is trained.”

From his wife’s illness to his father’s death, he experienced a lot of problems in a short span of time and even became homeless at one point even after living in the city for about 10 years.

“I guess everybody goes through this. There were some medical emergencies at home, be it my wife's brain tumour operation, my father's cancer. Eventually, we lost him in 2018. Buying a house in Mumbai is a big deal. Even after a decade of being in Mumbai, there was a time when we didn't have a house, suddenly the whole family was homeless,” he added.

Talking about how he managed to cope with these, Pratik said, “You struggle at that time, you manoeuver yourself, your emotions, and the whole family. And when you have a full-fledged family and you decide to quit your stable job and get into something like this, that is another struggle.”

After going through all these hardships, he got overnight fame with Scam 1992 and has never looked back since.

Pratik's fans hail him for the incredible talent he has shown in the web series and he is now all set to work with the biggest OTT platforms after the success of the show.

After being dropped from the playing XI against Rajasthan Royals on Monday, SunRisers Hyderabad talisman David Warner indirectly hinted that he might have played his last game for the franchise, thus breaking millions of hearts.
SRH have endured a disastrous outing this season and are already out of playoffs contention. However, nobody thought the axe of the team’s poor performance would fall on their most consistent performer and he would be treated this badly by the franchise.

Warner wasn’t just left on the bench, he was not even included in the reserves, hence couldn’t travel with the team to the stadium. His absence in the team dugout didn't go unnoticed and soon he started trending on social media.

Replying to an SRH post on Instagram, a fan inquired about Warner’s absence from the stadium.
The Australian opener, who was forced to watch the game from his team hotel, responded to the comment, hinting that he won’t be wearing the Orange jersey ever again.
    © Instagram
“Unfortunately won’t be again but please keep supporting,” his reply sent shockwaves among the whole SRH fanbase as they couldn’t imagine their franchise without their greatest run-scorer.

Warner’s reply spread like a wildfire and fans took to various social media platforms to sympathise with the Australian opener and thanked him for giving the numerous memorable moments.
So probably his last season in Orange

    — chaitanya maini (@ChaitanyaMaini) September 28, 2021 After just one dreadful season, the SRH management forgot that Warner was their biggest asset in the last six seasons. In fact, if you tally the records since 2014 he leads the run-scoring chart by a country mile.
Before this season, he scored in excess of 500 runs in each of the last six editions starting from 2014. Also, he is the only player in the history of IPL to score fifty half-centuries.
He wore the Orange jersey 92 times and breached the fifty-run mark on 42 occasions, which is staggering by any stretch of the imagination.
One bad season and everything is gone

When asked about their decision, SRH coach Trevor Bayliss said that since they were out of the playoffs race, they decided to give young players a chance in the remaining matches.
“We can't make the final so have made a decision that we want the young players to experience not just the matches but time at the ground, around the set-up, and for this match we made the decision. He was not the only experienced player we left back at the hotel," Bayliss said at the post-match press conference.
    © Twitter/SunRisers Hyderabad
“We have a number of young players that haven't been to the ground. Even as reserves. We wanted to give them an opportunity to come along and experience that. That may continue for a few more games yet. We don't know,” he added.

No doubt, Warner was going through a lean patch in this season but he wasn't the only reason why SRH were dead bottom in the points table. Their disastrous campaign was a result of the team's collective failure, and Warner is just being made the scapegoat.
    © Twitter/IPL
Looking at how he is being treated, it won’t be an exaggeration if we say that SRH didn’t deserve a player like Warner, who gave his blood and soul and helped the franchise scale new heights.

It also highlights why franchises like Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, who have eight titles between them, have been so successful. These two IPL giants are known for always showing faith in their players and backing them even if they are going through a tough phase.

Nobody likes to watch ads in the middle of their favourite shows and movies and that is probably why we would rather watch on OTT platforms rather than on TV.

However, there are a few ads that strike a chord with us because either they are extremely creative and witty or intriguing and inspirational.
Case in point, the new ad of Pan Bahar featuring top superstars from two different film industries of India.

The product in question, mouth fresheners, has a penchant for having motivational ad campaigns about the success and fame of Bollywood celebrities, where you see them boasting about their well, success and fame.

Pan Bahar too has roped in famous celebrities like Saif Ali Khan to demonstrate their slogan ‘pehchan kamyabi ki’.

However, this time, the ad went a bit higher and brought together two popular actors from Bollywood and Tollywood, Tiger Shroff and Mahesh Babu to endorse the product.

However, that’s not why people are loving the new ad. It’s because they are finding the concept highly inspirational and motivational.

According to Mahesh Babu’s fans, the South superstar endorsing the brand is a fitting example of what success looks like.

Also, they think while it’s a motivational ad, seeing Mahesh Babu definitely makes it better.

Khatron Ke Khiladi was released on July 27th, and it finally concluded on September 26th. The show included dangerous stunts performed by well-known stars.
In the recent season, which was shot in Cape Town in South Africa, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya became the runner up whereas Aditya Singh was declared as the second runner up.

In the final episode, which was shot in Mumbai, five contestants were pitted against one another.
Finally, Arjun Bijlani took the trophy home along with Rs 20 Lakh cash prize and a Maruti Swift car. Arjun also said in an interview that he felt he was faster during the stunt but was not sure if he would win.
He said to a leading daily, “Everyone kept saying that you might win and when I did the final stunt, I too felt I was better. However, given it was such a long task, I wasn’t sure. Till the name wasn’t announced, I was extremely nervous. It had been a long wait and honestly, we all had such great journeys. Anyone among the three could have won."

Rohit Shetty, the show host, had also appreciated Bijlani for his persistent and good performance during the show. The actor completed every task brilliantly.

However, there was a part where the audience felt he won due to favouritism or the fact that he was the 'Colors Face'.
He finally responded to the allegations and said, "It’s unfortunate that they think this way. KKK is not a show of votes or even content. It’s about crossing a new level by performing stunts. Also, while Divyanka and Vishal had an equal chance to win, I was faster. It’s not even about more deserving as it was about how you performed that specific day. Shantanu Maheshwari has won the show, and he wasn’t even on Colors then. I have done many shows on the channel, but that came to me only because earlier shows worked.”

There was another controversy when Sourabh Raaj Jain was evicted after Bijlani nominated him for the elimination.

He then said he wasn't guilty of doing so and mentioned that Sourabh didn't perform well. So, even though he got a second chance, he lost the stunt.

Arjun Bijlani is now set to showcase his work in the web series, Roohaniyat.
