Bollywood is known worldwide for churning out great movies that center around drama, families and culture. In fact, nothing beats chilling on a Sunday and watching an early 90s or 2000s drama movie to get into the comfort zone, where you know that despite all the twists & turns, all will be well by the end of it. Now, one such movie that we have all enjoyed watching over the last two decades is Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

The movie, directed by Karan Johar, was a truly a proper ensemble of sorts, with Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Kajol, Jaya Bachchan, and Kareena Kapoor Khan all starring in it. The movie had everything needed for a proper family package including good songs, good plot, and terrific acting. And that is the reason why we still don't hesitate to watch it on the screens.

Apart from that, another reason for the success of the movie was the acting showcased by lesser-known younger actors, with  Kavish Majmudar and Malvika Raaj playing the roles of a younger Hrithik and Kareena.

Now, while Kavish was seen in a few films over the years, Malvika completely disappeared from the scene. Well, guess what? Not anymore. As per reports, Malvika is all set to make her much anticipated comeback to Bollywood films after a period of 20 years.

Malvika, who played the role of young 'Pooja' or 'Poo' in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, will make her big debut in an action film titled Squad. The actress will star opposite Rinzing Denzongpa, son of veteran actor Danny Denzongpa in the film, and will be seen performing some high-octane action scenes. 

Malvika, who will play the role of a sniper shooter in the film, spoke as to what the plot is actually about. "I am really excited for the film to reach the audience. The film revolves around a little Indian girl, who we rescue and bring back to our country amid all odds. My character in the film is a sniper shooter. All I can say is that my character is very sharp but also a lot of fun! She lives life on the edge and can handle tough situations with a lot of ease," she said.

Honestly, we'd love to see her return to cinema, however, we are sure it will be difficult to think of her anything other than the young 'Poo' we so adored in K3G. Hopefully, her acting as an adult will create a newer image of her in our minds. Good luck to her!
