A few days ago, Elon Musk caused a lot of speculation when the news of him buying his old βx.com' web domain back from PayPal broke. Everybody was confused as to what exactly he was going to do with the domain.
Excited to announce the launch of https://t.co/J6TuRWIQAA! It's a little verbose right now, but that will be fixed tomorrow.
β Elon Musk (@elonmusk) July 14, 2017And, now that the site x.com is live, we're even more confused.Β
The whole freaking site consists of just only one tiny letter on the top left corner. Any guesses on what that letter is?

Congrats, you got it! You win nothing.Β
Yes, it's pretty much this. Are you as confused as I am?

If you don't know, Musk was the original owner of the domain back in 1999, and back then it was an online financial services company, which later merged with Confinity. The company later rebranded itself as PayPal. Apparently, in 2001, the websiteβx.com' was redirecting to PayPal only.Β
Well, according to his tweet, the buy was mainly sentimental, but who knows what it will turn into. Come on, its Elon Musk, he's always cooking up something new.
Thanks PayPal for allowing me to buy back https://t.co/bOUOejO16Y! No plans right now, but it has great sentimental value to me.
β Elon Musk (@elonmusk) July 11, 2017In his latest tweet, Musk calls the website a βlittle verbose' right now, and it will be fixed by tomorrow. So, let's wait till tomorrow to see if it's a proper website, or it's just Musk changing the lowercase βx' to an uppercase one.Β
There's a big possibility that this new site might be related to his company βSpace X' or maybe it is there to showcase Tesla's Model X.Β
No one knows as of now, only time will tell.
