If you were one of the many fans excited about Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home, you will have to admit, that now having seen the movie, it just feels like the start of something crazy.

I mean, I certainly do feel like a kid with all the things that are being talked about right now.

Now that we are past No Way Home, the next movie that we are super excited to watch is definitely Dr. Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness.

Not only is it going to be another crazy Multiverse movie like NWH, but as per the latest rumours, fans could be treated to the return of some crazy superheroes and villains from the X-Men Universe, the old Spider-Man universes, and even the Fantastic Four.

And that's not it.

What's really amplifying the buzz around this movie is that it may pave way for a new Iron Man altogether, with Mission Impossible superstar Tom Cruise finally getting a crack at the role.

Now, you must be thinking like me, how and why exactly would Marvel choose to replace someone like Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man.

I mean, come on! He's just irreplaceable and was the heartbeat of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe! So, why would you cast someone else in a role that can never, ever be replaced?

Well, looks like Marvel isn't really trying to do that at all.

Yes! Robert Downey's legacy as Tony Stark will stay intact for eternity. In fact, Tom Cruise's Iron Man will instead be a 'very different' Iron Man in the MCU Universe, if reports are to be believed.

According to reports, Tom's Iron Man will actually be a Variant Tony Stark from another universe, who will actually be kind of like an 'outcast'.

As per Moth Culture, Tom's Iron Man will even have a different suit as well as characteristics, making him different from Robert Downey Jr.

That's fair, right?

This was the tweet shared by them.

RUMOR: (Iron Man) controls the Iron Legion, having effectively put a suit of armor around the world. He wears the helmet most of the time, but lifts it for the reveal. He is a bit deranged & an outcast among the illuminati for his obsessive, controlling nature. pic.twitter.com/naoQsK04hv

Damn! If all this is actually true, I think we're certainly in for a heavy-duty movie in Dr. Strange: Multiverse Of Madness.

This combined with the fact that Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man may actually be paired alongside Tom Hardy's Venom in a potential Spider-Man Vs Venom movie, is just a clear indication that the superhero fever is just getting hotter and hotter!
