When a superstar decides to play a cameo or a ‘blink and miss’ performance in another big project, you know it’s mostly for a director friend, or like a sweet professional obligation. Nonetheless, these small ‘surprising’ cameos turn out to be great aesthetic moments for fans. Here are 6 superstars from the South who did a cameo in a Bollywood movie:

The Baahubali actor, who is known to have rejected several big projects owing to date issues, was seen in a song opposite Sonakshi Sinha in the 2015 movie Action Jackson. His big Bollywood venture was Saaho opposite Shraddha Kapoor but we forgot we already spotted him in a Hindi film before.

Okay maybe we didn’t forget about this one but he’s forever the mighty Bhallaladeva for his fans right? Rana was seen in YJHD as the photographer who was smitten with Naina and was her secret admirer.

One of the biggest names in Tamil film industry, Vijay played a small cameo in Prabhudeva’s Rowdy Rathore and was seen dancing opposite Akshay in Chin Ta Ta Chita Chita.

Considered as a God in Indian cinema, The Thalaiva graced the screen when he was seen as Chitti in SRK’s Ra.One.

The star, who needs no introduction obviously when it comes to spotting him, appeared in some ‘blink and miss’ scenes in SRK and Anushka Sharma’s Zero.

The veteran Telugu superstar was seen in cameos in two films, including Zakhm and J.P Dutta’s magnum opus, LOC Kargil.
