A Special Investigation Team (SIT) that was formed by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to investigate the drugs case related to Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has found that the star kid was not involved in any drugs conspiracy and neither was he a part of any international drugs trafficking syndicate, according to a report in Hindustan Times.
The report further stated that SIT found further irregularities in the way the raid on the Cordelia yacht was conducted.
Some of the key findings by SIT in the Aryan Khan drugs case include:
· Aryan Khan was never in possession of drugs hence there was no need to take his phone and check his chats
· The chats do not suggest Khan was part of any international syndicate.
· The raid was not video-recorded as mandated by the NCB manual.
· The drugs recovered from multiple accused arrested in the case shown as single recovery.
However, SIT will continue its investigation for a few more months just to be sure before they submit the final report to the NCB Director General S N Pradhan.
One of the officers told the website that they will take legal opinion on whether Aryan can be charged for consumption even though he wasn’t carrying any controlled substance with him.

Soon after the report was published, a lot of social media users including celebs took to Twitter and shared their reactions.
Most of them wondered how Aryan be compensated for the mental trauma that he went through when was jailed for almost a month.
Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta wrote, “SO THE TRUTH IS OUT! NOW WHAT??? Who compensates this young man for all that they put him through?”
NCP spokesperson Clyde Crasto wrote, “Here is the truth and the truth is told by none other than the #NCB's SIT. So what Mr. #NawabMalik said, that the #AryanKhan case was fake, holds true.”
Siddharth Basu tweeted, “Water off a ducks back for whom all that mattered was that he was his father's son, & the one in the cross hairs was always @iamsrk, whose name is Khan”.
One fan wrote, “NCB’s SIT in its 4 months investigation has found no evidence that #AryanKhan was part of a large drugs conspiracy or an International trafficking syndicate. Case was built when Sameer Dawood Wankhede's extortion plan failed. @iamsrk should make sure Wankhede suffers miserably.”
