'They Are So Caring' People React As Paps Saved Alia From Being Hit By Branches

Alia Bhatt-starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was finally released in the theatres last week and is on its way to being a success at the box office. Since the last few weeks, the actress has been on a promotion spree and was recently saved by the paps from getting injured during an open bus tour in Mumbai.

In a video, posted by well-known paparazzi Viral Bhayani, Alia can be seen sitting on top of a double-decker bus with photographers. This promotion activity was planned to promote Gangubai Kathiawadi. On the moving bus, at a point, paps around her shouted, "Jhaad lagega (Careful of the branches)". A photographer lifted the branches up when they came close to touching her head.

As a few more branches were about to come in her way, the cameraman said, "Woh wala araha hai (A few more are coming)". After hearing this, Alia took her saree's pallu and covered her head. After the paps informed her that there were no more branches, she finally removed it.
