Airports are perhaps one of the busiest places in the world and two of India’s busiest airports have made it to the top two ranks in terms of airport service quality. Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport has been ranked as number one in terms of airport service quality. The survey was carried out by Airports Council International (ACI)-Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey in the 5-15 million passengers per annum (MPPA) category.

Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International airport has earned the second spot in the same category. The IGIA Master plan will further ensure that the airport experience is enhanced for passengers.
