It looks like Chris Evans is having some trouble distinguishing himself from his character of Steve Rogers and he's like a 1940s guy stuck in this decade. 

I mean, that's the only explanation for his mini-rant about technology. Actually, he's trying to make it more current by saying 'remember the 90s', but you get the point.

Also, he's spoken truly like a guy who was frozen for 70 years and then woke up in the 21st century.

Old man Cap is done with all this modern technology and is becoming the biggest cliché by the whole 'only 90s kids remember' kind of tweet. 

Chris, it's kind of worth it, don't dismiss all the modern technology around you to become a grumpy grandpa just yet.

But the best thing to come out of this tweet was the reunion of Science Bros, aka Robert Downey Jr and Mark Ruffalo, who are here to rescue Cap, or at least teach him some things.
