So, bearing many warm wishes for the birthday boy, let us get directly to the bit that made you click on this article.
As we all know, Hrithik made his official acting debut with 'Kaho Na Pyaar Hai' in 2000, which did really well at the box office. But what many of you may not know, is that this movie wasn't the actor's first acting stint at all.
Before his official launch in the Hindi film industry, Hrithik had already made special appearances in a couple of films in the 1980s as a child artist.
Amongst those initial movies, one of his notable roles was in 'Aap Ke Deewane', although it was 'Aasha' starring Rishi Kapoor and Reena Roy where Hrithik first appeared as a child artist.View this post on Instagram
I loved her, admired her so much. My first ever acting shot was with Sri Devi, I was nervous in front of her and I remember her shaking her hands pretending to be nervous cause of me, just to boost my confidence. We had to laugh, and she kept laughing until I got it right. Will miss you mam.

So, given that those were his first acting assignments, can you imagine how much he got paid? Rs. 100 only! And what's more, Hrithik's first salary turns out to be Rs. 25 more than Salman Khan's first salary of Rs. 75, which he earned by dancing in a show at the Taj Hotel.
On the other hand, SRK's first salary is said to have been Rs. 50, which is the exact half of what Hrithik made! Can you beat that? King Khan earning a salary of Rs. 50, seems almost unbelievable, doesn't it?
But good for Duggu to have been where he had been, and where he has reached today. Also happy birthday, Hrithik!
