Losing your hair is inevitable in life, like life itself. Maybe not all at once, but possibly a slow progression that'll take over in your mid-twenties. Thinning hair is a bitter reality in the lives of most men that can have a lot of negative associations in their lives.

Thinning of hair progresses over time, with hair strands continuously growing finely and thinning until it finally disappears. A medical term for this kind of hair loss is called androgenetic alopecia, otherwise referred to as male pattern baldness.
However, here's the thing if you start to notice the first signs of hair loss or hair thinning, and you take the adequate steps to deal with it, you can delay the process balding or stop current damage.

The thing about hair loss is that it can also be biologically caused by a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is a byproduct of testosterone. DHT aggressively attacks hair follicles and attempts to shrink it. While there are ways to tackle the dreaded receding hairline and haircuts to avoid showing it to the rest of the world, here are ways to regrow the most hair back or at least stop the damage:1. The extraneous factors also affect your hair loss rate. Having the right diet that promotes hair growth, regular exercise and reduced stress levels help minimise hair loss. Being regular with hair-friendly shampoos and treatments for your hair loss, brushing hair daily to increase blood flow and circulation and regular trims also help.

A major symptom of balding is often dandruff, alternatively, a bad case of dandruff or dryness in the scalp can also lead to hair loss. This means that in order to tackle hair loss you need to tackle dandruff first. Apply the three major rules: Oiling hair weekly, using anti-dandruff products like a shampoo and conditioner and lastly, a cream or hair mask to take care of your drying scalp. Use a product like an anti-dandruff air cream or a hair fall cream.

Try incorporating foods rich in vitamin B, zinc, iron. You could also consult a dietician, but foods like apricot, cereal, liver meat work well. Aside from food, you could also get daily supplements that are rich in vitamins like a zinc supplement, vitamin B super complex etcetera. These tablets are a great resource for vitamins responsible for hair growth.

Research from the National Taiwan University revealed that smoking hastens hair loss in men. Besides, this is the first thing a doctor will tell you to nix. Especially if you're a chain smoker, it is more likely that you suffer from mild to severe hair loss.

If you're on a journey to grow back your hair or prevent further damage, it's best to refrain from styling products. Styling products like a styling spray or mouse have chemicals in them can harm your hair growth and produce unfavourable further damage that you want to steer clear from.

You could also resort to the daily course of drugs prescribed by a derm for encouraging hair growth. However, these should be resorted to as the last option, as it can get you dependent on the drug for growth for as long as you want to maintain the crop on your head.
