"A character that will stay with me forever...#Malti", wrote Deepika Padukone while sharing the first look from her upcoming movie 'Chhapaak'.

Looks like, not just her, but this character and her first look will stay forever with everyone, given how amazing she looks as Malti. In fact, the credit goes to Deepika, the make-up artists who worked on the prosthetics and the entire crew of the movie.

The film is based on the story of acid attack survivor and activist Laxmi Agarwal. Laxmi was attacked when she was all of 15 by a man, after she refused to marry him.

Ever since Deepika shared the picture on social media, people can't stop raving about her look, which has since gone viral on the internet. Be it a celebrity or a common man, people can't take their eyes off her and her uncanny resemblance to Laxmi.
