Sam Curran Recreates Major Throwback Moment With Chris Gayle & He's Still The Same Fanboy

“Work hard in silence. Let your success be your noise,” a statement once given by Frank Ocean is completely justified by the English all-rounder, Sam Curran.

As a budding cricketer in his school days, Curran had an opportunity to meet his idol Chris Gayle, and now, when he is 20-years-old, he has earned his opportunity to share the dressing room with the Gayle Storm.

Recently, Gayle shared a collage of two pictures (then and now) in which on one side, he is seen posing with a young Curran dressed in his school uniform, and on the other, on the right, the latest photo with the 20-year-old all-rounder in his Kings XI Punjab jersey.

This is a special moment for any youngster! All I can say is remember what get you where you at today, @samcurran58 #DreamBigger #GetStronger #BrightFuture #Multitalented - I think in the pic I'm looking young but you're looking younger ð𤣠#Kings ðªð¿

“This is a special moment for any youngster! All I can say is remember what got you where you at today. I think in the pic I'm looking young but you're looking younger,” Gayle wrote.

Even Curran replied saying: “Thank you Legend @chrisgayle333 excited for the season ahead playing and learning from you.”

Talking of form, both batsmen have been in sublime form in this year's Indian Premier League (IPL). On one hand, where Gayle has consistently been providing a good start to KXIP, Curran on the other, has been crowned as the youngest player ever to take a hat-trick in the league.

We hope we see the youngster and his idol play together in the next match when the team goes face to face with the defending kings of the IPL trophy, Chennai Super Kings, on 6th April.
