'PM Narendra Modi' Trailer Is Missing From YouTube & We Can Already Hear Vivek Oberoi's Fans Cry

A few days ago, technically one day before Vivek Oberoi's movie 'PM Narendra Modi' was going to release, the Election Commission put a ban on the film until the Lok Sabha elections are over.

According to the order issued by the EC, "any Biopic material in nature of biography sub serving the purpose of any political entity or any individual entity connected to it, which has the potential to disturb level-playing field during the election, should not be displayed in Electronic media including cinematograph during the operation of Model Code of Conduct."

Fast forward to the present time and the trailer of the film, which is an "inspiring saga of a man, a politician, a leader and a visionary", has gone missing from YouTube.

The movie was already drowning in a pool of controversy thanks to the ban and memes, and now the disappearance of the trailer took away the last straw from the makers of the film.

No matter how much people joke about the trailer or Vivek Oberoi's looks and performance, but a trailer or any video for that matter going off YouTube is a major blow and we don't how the cast and the crew of the film is going to deal with this new development.

Apparently, not just YouTube, the official trailer has been removed from most other platforms as well. All it shows is, "The video is unavailable." According to reports, this move might be related to the order of EC.

So, in case you missed out on the trailer, looks like you won't be able to see it on the internet anytime soon. Directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sandip Singh, 'PM Narendra Modi' was initially supposed to release on April 11, but has now been pushed for a later date.
