Since Sunday, there are primarily two things that Indians are talking about - first, how India defeated Pakistan by 89 runs, in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup, and second, Ranveer Singh. 

From giving major fashion goals, trying his hands at commentary to clicking pictures with Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, Harbhajan Singh, Sourav Ganguly, Virender Sehwag, Hardik Pandya, K L Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan, Ranveer made sure that he makes the most out of his England trip.

But, apart from encouraging and cheering for the team, Ranveer also displayed great sportsmanship when he consoled an upset Pakistani fan. 

While both Indian and Pakistani cricket fans were busy trolling the Pakistan Cricket team for their disappointing performance in England, there was one fan who was left disheartened by this loss. Ranveer consoled him and that video is now going viral on social media. 

Ranveer, in the video, hugs the fan and tells him, "There is always a next time. Don't be disheartened, they played well, they are committed, dedicated professionals and they will be back."

On the work front, Ranveer is currently busy with '83, where he will play the role of Kapil Dev and Deepika Padukone will be playing Kapil Dev's wife Romi in the film. 

Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie is expected to release in 2020.
