Diwali is over and so is our reason to officially take any leaves in the name of festivals until Christmas; but what's left with all of us is a thick layer of smog and 'hazardous' air that we'll have to breathe on our way to work from now on. Well, thanks to the air quality, at least we can now apply for sick leaves.
According to the reports and surveys, Delhi's overall air quality index (AQI) was at 506, a day after Diwali. In the early hours, the AQI reached 999. So, unless you're really terrible in Mathematics, you can calculate how toxic the air has become for us.
