2020 is almost just a knock-knock away, and while we're excited to make some new resolutions and try to keep up with them, one more exciting fact about the next year is that Bollywood is gearing up to release some much-awaited sequels in the New Year. Here are 8 exciting sequels we're absolutely thrilled to watch.

1. Love Aajkal 2

The wonderfully depicted love story that won every heart in 2009 is all set to make a comeback with Saif's daughter, Sara Ali Khan carrying forward the story with Kartik Aaryan. The official title of the movie is yet to be announced.

2. Angrezi Medium

This one is going to be a treat for every Irrfan Khan fan and Hindi Medium fans. With Kareena Kapoor also in the lead, this will be a must-watch for us.

3. Sadak 2

This is an official sequel to the original Sadak and produced and directed by Mahesh Bhatt himself, this one will bring Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt on the screen with Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Babu Rao fans unite! While the official title and the screenplay has not been revealed yet, this one will have Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham bring the madness alive on the screen.

5. Street Dancer 3D

The trailer is already out and it is freaking crazy good! A sequel to the original ABCD: Anybody Can Dance, this one is a visual treat for all fans.

6. Bhool Bhulaiya 2

If you're a fan then you know that you have waited for a sequel since forever for this movie. While we won't see our favourite Monjulika Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar coming back, this one will have Kartik Aryan and Kiara Advani take the central stage.

This is going to be a very interesting watch given the fact that the original, Shubh Mangal Savdhan was a brilliant script depicting the problem of erectile dysfunction. This one will have a crucial message on homosexuality, as per reports.

8. Hungama 2

A reboot of everyone's favourite comedy has been announced and we just can't wait to watch it next year. This one will star Shilpa Shetty with Paresh Rawal.
