PlayStation Plus subscribers will be starting this year with games that have been long-awaited by fans. Each month, Sony gives out free games for PS Plus subscribers and the lineup for January 2020 includes four games. Out of the four games, the entire first trilogy of the of Uncharted series will be free along with Goat Simulator.

As long as you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription, you can download both games on PlayStation 4 from January 7. The Nathan Drake Collection includes Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. If you haven't played any of these games till now or did not have a PlayStation 3, you should definitely add this to your personal library. The game will be available for free till February 3, 2020. Last month, Sony included Titanfall 2 that was part of the December 2018 PS Plus games and will be free until January 6, 2020. 

Along with The Nathan Drake Collection you will also get a sandbox game called Goat Simulator. It is a great casual game where you control a goat and experiment with the environment using very accurate physics. It is a great game to simply pass time or blow off some steam after a long day.

In order to get the free games, your PS Plus subscription needs to be active for you to play the games. If your subscription lapses, the games will be locked out of your library and can only be used once you have restarted the subscription.
