Sonam Kapoor, who is in London right now to shoot for an ad, took to her Twitter account to share a scary experience of taking an Uber in the city.

She tweeted, "Hey guys Iâve had the scariest experience with @Uber London. Please please be careful. The best and safest is just to use local public transportation or cabs. Iâm super shaken."

 A user asked her to share the details of what exactly happened with her, to which she replied, âThe driver was unstable and was yelling and shouting. I was shaking by the end of it.â 

After she raised a complaint on Twitter, the cab vendor apologized as she had such an unfortunate experience.

  After her tweet started to gain attention, her fans bashed the cab vendor and asked for immediate action against the driver responsible.

Some users expressed being puzzled as to why would she would need a cab to travel around the city when she could easily get a car of her own.  

Something is cooking !! She has many luxury cars yet she is going in uber ??

I agree ... She can afford the best of cars, whether in India or even in the UK.. why did she opt for Uber ð¤ð¤ð¤ guess she wants free/cheap publicity... May be some picture of hers may be due to be released anytime soon...

 Of course, some people were sympathetic with Sonam, as they shared similar experiences of having a tough time with their cab drivers as well. 

Actually uber drivers are not tested for drugs and we have had a similar experience in Delhi where the driver kept braking all the time and driving zig zag for no reason. Uber trains drivers for just half a day where they are only taught how to use the GPS.

Today in delhi my dad faced similar issue where #Uber driver stopped his app and ended trip minutes after leaving IGI T3!

Uber is horrible. Be it London, Delhi or Mumbai. Customer is their last priority. Have been victimised several times.... @Uber_India

  There were a few users who then informed that the particular cab vendor in question has apparently already lost its license and has been banned in London.
