Ever since making her international debut in 2010, Danielle Wyatt has been a vital cog in England's set-up for the women's cricket team. A prolific all-rounder, Wyatt boasts of over 2500 runs with the willow and 73 wickets across formats for the 'Three Lions'. But, at the very first mention of her in India, Wyatt reminds everyone of the women's cricketer who jokingly proposed to Virat Kohli on Twitter. 

While the England batswoman continues to share her admiration for the Indian captain, Wyatt appears to have found a new cricketer who is keeping her occupied on social media. For anyone who follows cricket, the love-hate relationship between Wyatt and Yuzvendra Chahal on social media platforms would have pretty hard to overlook.

 The two cricketers have been busy commenting on each other's post. While Chahal, owing to his jovial nature, couldn't seem to stop himself from impressing the England star, Wyatt's antics suggest that she's probably playing 'hard to get'. In a more recent case on Instagram, Wyatt shared a series of pictures where she was seen batting during the net sessions.

It was quite obvious to see Chahal's reply but it wasn't sure if he was complimenting or trolling her. Responding to Wyatt's post, Chahal commented: "666666". The Indian spinner was suggesting that the England cricketer had struck six successive sixes in a bid to probably win her over. But, sadly for Chahal, Wyatt had the last laugh with a reply: "if you were bowling".

Earlier, Chahal had shared a Team India photo-op with his spin-bowling partner Kuldeep Yadav on social media. "Making headshots look fun here in Chennai," he captioned the Instagram post. While everyone was elated to see the Indian spin-bowling pair together after a long time, Wyatt trolled Chahal by commenting: "I think you're smaller than me".

Prior to that, the right-handed batswoman had also made Chahal the butt of all jokes after he shared a photo of himself batting in Team India's net session. Amongst the responses on the post, Wyatt, referring to the stumps in Chahal's picture that didn't have bails on them, took a dig at Chahal with her comment: "Bowled".

Well, we don't really know what the duo has been up to off social media, but, on Instagram, it's needless to say that there's something brewing between the two. Even if they aren't dating or thinking about being together, we are just delighted to witness their hilarious banters on social media.
