It isnât everyday that an actor manages to cross every linguistic and cultural barrier to make a place for themselves in the hearts of millions, all at once. But Baahubali megastar Prabhas managed to pull off this feat effortlessly. He is more than just a heartthrob. Fans love his screen presence and swear by the magic he can spell with his performances.

So, despite the Saaho debacle, fans didnât lose faith in their favourite star, and perhaps thatâs why people absolutely lost it when Prabhasâ project was announced yesterday. The director of the film, Nag Ashwin took to Twitter to make the official announcement and said:

Nag Ashwin who directed the superhit Telugu film Mahanati, claimed in his latest tweet that this upcoming film with Prabhas wonât be a pan-India film like most people are claiming, but instead itâll be a whole lot bigger and better to become a pan-world movie.

Though not much is known about the film, reports claim that Prabhas will be playing a superhero in the film. Thatâs not all, allegedly many big names from the entertainment industry will be part of the project, which is scheduled to go on the floors by the end of this year.

Prabhasâ mega-budget film is expected to hit the screens in late 2021, and reportedly Nag Ashwin told India Today that it wonât be a remake or a biopic. Rumour also has it that Jr NTR might be collaborating with Nag Ashwin on this film, and shall be the big project of 2020 because of the star cast that is expected to come onboard for the project.
