Ever since its outbreak in Wuhan, the sprawling capital of Central China's Hubei province, Coronavirus has turned into a major epidemic across the globe. Owing to the contagion and currently no vaccine or specific antiviral treatment available, the fast-spreading virus, similar to influenza, has led to travel restrictions, quarantine camps and curfews in numerous countries.
The epidemic has also handed a major blow to the sporting world, with numerous tournaments and events across sports getting postponed or cancelled. Cricket, too, continues to bear the brunt of the Coronavirus as the playing nations continue to devise unique plans and key strategies to counter the threat.
