Denim trends have evolved over the past few years and with that, a few, decade-old trends have made a resurgence. 

For example, patchwork and badges that were cool kitsch from the late 80s were later developed and stylised on jeans or jackets. While the patches or badges have no meaning, sewing them on pants, instantly added flamboyance to them.

The reason why we are talking about these pants in the first place is that very recently, we spotted a star kid, Arhaan Khan wearing these uber-cool jeans and man, we have to say he did it better than any guy from his generation could have. 

While most of us would fret over wearing such pants, Arhaan took the chance and turned heads with this ensemble.

Arhaan's overall outfit can be described as a street-style worthy look. He was spotted wearing a basic black T-shirt, coupled with a black and white checked shirt. He finished the look with a pair of minimalistic white sneakers. 

Along with his ensemble, we also like his choice of accessories that are adding more to the street-style aesthetic, which he has managed to get just right here.

As for his jeans, the overall silhouette of the pants is quite edgy, due to the unique badges on both sides. The patches here add a conspicuous contrast. 

What accentuates its look, even more, are the minimal rips to it. You can also the notice that the hem of these pants is rather long but the way Arhaan has scrunched it up, just above his white sneakers, makes it look even more fashionable.

Now, if Bollywood's fashion boss Ranveer Singh had to wear such jeans, we are certain he would be able to knock this trend out of the park as well, as he has scored brownie points in the past with some unique denim silhouettes himself - case in point, his denim curtain pants and the extra-long pants that he wore at an event.

As for Arhaan, he looks rather swell in this look and has worked the outfit pretty well on his tall and lean built. 

All things considered and noticed, this is quite a unique style statement. While Arhaan has made such a fashionable appearance for the first time, that too with his mom, Malaika Arora, we can't wait to see him again in such ensembles.
