The ‘Baba Ka Dhaba’ Couple Got Free Cataract Surgery After A Delhi Doctor Stepped In To Help


We all know that if utilized properly, social media can do wonders and that’s exactly what happened with ‘Baba Ka Dhaba’. 

The 'dhaba' which was once unknown to the crowd got popular after a video of its owner crying got viral on the internet. 

Now, Vasundhara Tankha Sharma took to her Twitter saying, My friend’s father (who is a doctor) saw #BabaKaDhaba go viral and realised both Kanta Prasad and Badami Devi have a cataract. He gave them both the gift of clear eyesight today. Thank you so much, sir!!! Touching to see the continued act of kindness” 

Yes, Kanta Prasad and Badami Devi have gotten their cataract done.

In another post, she also shared the name of the doctor who did the surgery. Dr. Samir Sud did the kind deed of giving the couple the gift of clear sight.
