On any given day, Saif Ali Khan would prefer a cotton kurta over athleisure or any other trend for that matter. In fact, even when returning from a recent trip to Palampur along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan was seen in a white cotton kurta paired with matching white pants.

It's not just Saif's Sunday brunch themed outfit that stands out, but more importantly the interesting combination of a pair of espadrilles with the outfit. While the espadrilles might not be visible in the above pictures, they're distinctly visible here:

He's seen wearing bright blue espadrilles to complete the look. Usually one pairs juttis or kolhapuris with an ethnic look, but Saif Ali Khan oddly has always been a fan of espadrilles instead. Moreover, not just any espadrilles, he specifically wears pairs that come in vibrant hues that instantly give his outfits a bright pop of colour.
