Irrespective of whether the coronavirus is staying, our good habits definitely should.
The only silver lining to COVID-19 that spread like a wildfire was the time we were given to slow down and reflect on our lifestyle.Β
It took us a while to wrap our heads around the concept of self-love. But now that weβve mastered some self-care skills like cooking, meditating and sleeping, weβre hooked.Β

Final ThoughtsApart from these wonderful habits, practicing gratitude is an attitude that we would like to keep up. In the toughest year our generation has seen, being grateful for the security and assets we have, has kept many of us calm.Β
Even if itβs something as basic as a βlikeβ on a LinkedIn post to expand the reach of a candidate looking for a job or as big as feeding an entire community - weβve landed a helping hand when we could. We have asked for help when it was needed and that shows a positive side of humanity. We definitely hope to see more of that in 2021!Β
