Taapsee Pannu has been tirelessly training for her upcoming sports drama, Rashmi Rocket and her intense transformation can give Bollywood’s male actors a run for their money. She has been making sure that she has the perfectly ripped body for her part and is not taking any steroids to work on her body.

The actor took to Instagram to share a video of what went behind achieving the athletic body for Rashmi Rocket. “It was painful. On the third day of the shoot, my body couldn't take it anymore. I just couldn't run anymore. I had to stop the shoot to just be able to walk. For this film, I had to hit the gym real bad," Pannu is seen saying in the 44-second video.

To be convincing as a sprinter, Taapsee has been practicing several exercises. To improve her sprint, she has also started practicing yoga. She has done it all to make herself look convincing for her part as she will essay the role of a Gujarati athlete named Rashmi in the film.

The film will be directed by Akarsh Khurana and also stars Priyanshu Painyuli, who will be playing the role of Taapsee Pannu’s husband. Rashmi Rocket is written by Nanda Periyasamy, Aniruddha Guha, and Kanika Dhillon. The film is slated to release next year.
