The unprecedented riots and violence that recently hit the Capitol building in Washington DC have surprised the world to another level. US President Donald Trump refuses to accept his defeat and ensure a peaceful and smooth transfer of power to Joe Biden.

As many as four people have died in the violence that ensued as Trump supporters barged into the capitol building.

In the latest video, wherein we can see supporters of Trump gathering outside the Capitol has gone viral in India as it shows someone holding an Indian flag amid Trump supporters.

However, it is not clear who the person is and what political agenda is set behind the act but the Indian flag at a protest concerning the US elections has caught the eye of many on Twitter.

BJP Lok Sabha MP Varun Gandhi took to Twitter and posted a video contemplating why there was a presence of an Indian flag outside the Capitol building.

He wrote, "Why is there an Indian flag there??? This is one fight we definitely don't need to participate in.”
