The trailer for The Big Bull is finally out and Abhishek Bachchan as a stock market broker seems like the perfect fit for the role. Loosely based on the life and times of Harshad Mehta, Abhishek Bachchan is trying to change how the stock market functions and will soon become the face of the financial market. With Abhishek as the Big Bull, Ileana D’Cruz plays the journalist who takes up the task of unmasking him. The film also stars Nikita Dutta as Abhishek’s love interest and Sohum Shah.

The film also stars Ram Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Saurabh Shukla in pivotal roles, and Mahesh Manjrekar in a special appearance. The trailer traces the story of Hemant Shah (Abhishek's character in the film) and how he planned one of the biggest scams in the history of India. Abhishek took to social media to share the trailer of The Big Bull. Abhishek wrote, "The Big Bull - Official Trailer. This was not just a scam... it was the #MotherOfAllScams! #TheBigBullTrailer out now. #TheBigBull releasing on 8th April on @disneyplushotstarvip. #DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex (sic)."

Abhishek looks promising in the trailer and has left no stone unturned for his character to look realistic on the big screens. People are loving Abhishek as Hemant Shah as he has completely transformed into the character of the Gujarati businessman.

As The Big Bull is loosely based on the life of Harshad Mehta, people were reminded of Pratik Gandhi’s Scam 1992. Some went on to say that the actor is irreplaceable and they can’t imagine anyone else playing the part as Pratik has done a brilliant job that no one can match up to.

Well, we feel it’s unfair to compare the two as Abhishek is no less when it comes to portraying such roles; we have already seen him in Guru wherein he gave an exemplary performance.

Meanwhile, in a statement, Abhishek had spoken about The Big Bull streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. He said in 2020, "There is nothing greater than the joy of being able to entertain someone through movies and great storytelling. And that’s exactly what The Big Bull will do: it will keep audiences hooked till the very end. I’m glad that the movie will launch on a platform like Disney+ Hotstar VIP where people from across the country will be able to enjoy it upon release."

The Big Bull is set to be a Disney+ Hotstar release and will stream from April 8, 2021.
