With the lockdown upon us yet again, most of the people are indulging in several activities again in the comfort of their homes. Even celebrities are taking to their social media platforms and have started entertaining us with unique content. 

Recently, Karan Singh Grover who is often seen posting motivational workout videos on his Instagram profile did something out of the box that left the audience amazed. In the recent video, Karan is seen doing 'Agnisara' which is a breathing exercise. The asana is one of the best ones to strengthen the stomach muscles. It also helps get rid of digestive disorders.

After seeing this video, besides his fans, even his wife Bipasha Basu couldn't help but praise her husband. She commented on the picture and said “It sounds scary and tough.”

As soon as he posted this video, several fans started commenting on the video and compared the actor to Baba Ramdev. One wrote "Ramdev Baba Lite" while another user called Karan 'Ramdev Pro'.

People seemed pretty impressed with his workout moves. One user was also convinced that Karan is some sort of Superhero, for performing such a hard asana with so much ease.

Karan reprised the role of Asad Ahmed in the popular drama series Qubool Hai. Besides that, Karan has also been a part of Bollywood, as he featured in Alone and Hate Story 3.
